Phillips Precision Machining is a state of the art machine shop with expertise from the floor to the field. We contract with regional, national and global companies to manufacture small, high-precision components. We have the highest quality ratings and on-time delivery; our close-knit team and years of experience combined with cutting-edge technology ensures we’re the best partner for your manufacturing needs.
We check the quality of each piece (100%) as it’s coming off the machines. We also have a secondary quality review (spot check) before it goes out the door.

Flexible Work Schedule – our shop is open from 6am to 3am daily. We run two or three shifts as needed; team members work four 10-hour shifts weekly (night shift gets 3-day weekends; day shift alternates between 2 and 4-day weekends).

OUR certifications
We are an AS9100 certified organization which means we meet or exceed standards needed and set by the aerospace industry for quality management. We are certified to manufacture parts for aviation, space and defense.
The AS9100 standard was prepared by the International Aerospace Quality Group (IAQG) with the help of representatives from aviation, space and defense companies in the Americas, Asia/Pacific and Europe.
